Why was Jan nominated?
Jan Běhal (our first winner from Czech Republic!) has been awarded the S-Team Choice Award for May in recognition of his exceptional hard work and dedication. Teammates describe Jan as “rising like a phoenix” since joining Groupon, steadily building his way up and taking on increasing responsibilities. His relentless efforts have been instrumental in the successful initiation of the MBNXT project, a crucial step forward for Groupon. He manages more teams than one would think possible, all while operating with our core value of respect, integrity, and inclusion in mind, and maintaining a friendly and culturally sensitive demeanour even during tough times. Thank you, Jan, for your outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment over the past year.

"🌟 Feeling Grateful and Honored! 🌟 I am thrilled that I have been recognized as the Groupon Transformer Award Winner! This recognition means a lot to me, and I am deeply grateful for the incredible support from my colleagues and the entire team. They are all part of this. My journey in Groupon started more than a year ago and it is still the same crazy ride. Thank you to everyone who gave me the opportunity to be part of such a project and also for nominating me."
