A Groupon Veteran of 7 Years this coming April, Marika is no stranger to embracing change, staying agile and doing so with what her teammates describe as “constant positivity”. Marika recently led a project to update our 3PIP deals, making pricing management more dynamic and efficient. Her leadership ensured buy-in from all parties involved, streamlined processes, and relieved Sales Operations from manual tasks. "Being a Grouponer, there’s almost this “je ne sais quoi'' factor that is like no other. Our people, our merchants and our customers are continuously the driving antidote to this ever-changing e-commerce landscape. One cannot exist without the other and I owe this recognition to those who have made my 7 years here truly life-changing.

Why was Kyle nominated?
Kyle is a Groupon veteran with nearly 9 years of service and knowledge, and she was chosen by S-Team this month for showcasing indispensable leadership during our recent 10-K closing. She deftly navigated discussions with auditors regarding our Going Concern status, demonstrating her seasoned expertise. Despite team attrition, Kyle adeptly kept her colleagues focused, ensuring they maintained speed and delivery throughout the process, all while operating with our value of Respect, Integrity & Inclusion in mind. Thank you, Kyle, for being the epitome of the talent we want to see grow their careers at Groupon.
