She’s spent the past year steering the affiliate program with incredible skill and dedication, and despite being on her own, Kate didn't just maintain our standards – she exceeded them, bringing innovative ideas to the table all year long. Her efforts have led to the growth of the program, allowing us to expand the team once again, with plans for further expansion. From engaging influencers to launching TV commercials and radio spots through our affiliate program, Kate's strategies are inventive and effective. And here's a simple yet striking measure of her impact: The Costco deal, what a tremendous success! A staggering 44% of orders are a direct result of our affiliate efforts – that's the Kate effect! It's an astonishing achievement, and a testament to her extraordinary capabilities. We are incredibly fortunate to have Kate on our team. Her contributions are not just valuable; they are transformative. Let's all take a moment to appreciate and celebrate the wonderful work Kate has done!

Why was Babu nominated?
Babu was emphatically nominated by numerous members of his own team and the Bangalore CS team as a whole. A Groupon veteran of 6+ years, Babu is described as an “always positive problem solving force”, who’s been instrumental in implementing and improving new process roadmaps for the GSO organisation over the past year. Thank you Babu, for fostering agility and innovation, and showing your adaptability and resilience everyday.
What did Babu say about his award?
“n my two years as a Customer Support Team Leader, the journey has been nothing short of wholesome experience, filled with valuable lessons. What excites me the most is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals. Being the motivator and inspirer, I thrive on understanding the nuances of my team, guiding them to reach their full potential. It's a two-way street – as I help them overcome challenges, I find myself learning from both their experiences and the dynamic situations we encounter.
When my team encounters challenges, I ensure that I’m Available, Dependable, Flexible, Professional and I’m always ready to swoop in with interesting and innovative solutions-basically, I'm the Batman of customer support, minus the cape (for safety reasons, of course). I'm fully committed to doing whatever it takes to boost team morale, going all in to ensure they stay motivated and energized. It's not just about addressing issues; it's about creating an environment where everyone feels supported, inspired, and ready to tackle whatever comes our way."
