Lucie Bohackova, our STeam Award Winner, has been instrumental in transforming collaboration and resolving challenges across our Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams. As HRBP, she’s improved team dynamics by proactively addressing issues and guiding talent acquisition, particularly in hiring senior members and supporting new managers. Lucie’s dedication and approachable nature have earned her trust throughout the organization, culminating in her recent promotion to Head of HRBPs. Her leadership and ability to manage conflicts have made a significant impact, and we are deeply grateful for her continued commitment and contributions. Thank you, Lucie!

During a recent Salesforce migration, he developed a new approach to handling complex customer inquiries, creating an AI-integrated knowledge base that significantly improved efficiency and accuracy. Known for his approachable nature, Anandharaj is always willing to assist and share his expertise, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere across the team.
